I was traveling to Netherlands from Europe and the prices for flights were through the roof. Then I came about flixbus and the facilities they provide in the bus and was happy to book my journey and travel by road. My experience was great, the time keeping was excellent and the buses are environment friendly and clean. I'm definitely going to use flixbus more often.

I had a wonderful experience with FlixBus customer service. I was worried about my family’s trip from Niagara to Toronto Pearson Airport after losing contact with them due to a dead phone battery. I reached out to FlixBus through their online help chat, and the response was immediate and very reassuring. A special thank you to Jhamae, the support officer who assisted me. They quickly checked the status and confirmed that my family was safely on board. Their professionalism and prompt response gave me great peace of mind, especially since my family had a connecting flight from Toronto to Edmonton. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference — thank you, FlixBus and Jhamae!

Well if people are so worried about being around other people not wearing masks, do t take public transportation!!! Rent a car!!!! My husband is one if the NyC to be Boston flix bus drivers, and I can’t get over how people actually has the nerve to complain to him about how most people aren’t wearing masks!! Lmfaoooooo

No customer support, they just took the money alone,denying all the request we made for 2 mints late... They didn't even make a call and verified. Very worst service we had ever seen, with our 15 years of booking in Redbus.

This review is just about customer service, as I’ve not yet been on their bus. I gave only 3 out of 5 stars, because I don’t appreciate that there is no number to call (USA), or that I had to wait about 15 minutes after typing my first question to get a response (Greyhound responded immediately, and shortly afterward gave me their customer service number). However, once the customer service representative responded, everything went well. Mirjeta (the name used by the customer service representative) was polite and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I already knew that I wasn’t going to get any money back as I had read about this ahead of time, but was relieved to hear I would get all but $20 US of my fair in flixbus credits if I cancelled more than 3 days in advance. (I would have lost 25% (over $185 US) with Greyhound since there are less than 30 days before the trip). She (?) also let me know I have a year from cancellation to use the credit, which I expected. I asked about leaving a rating for her (?) and she (?) said I could do so after the chat ended, so I assumed I would be redirected to some rating survey. This didn’t happen though. Maybe I didn’t wait long enough, or maybe it’s because I was using my phone? Either way, since I didn’t get redirected I decided to leave my review on here. Thank you Mirjeta for your help! I hope I will be able to leave a positive review for the actual trip(s)…we’ll see!

I asked the driver a simple question Does he stops at a certain place Instead of of giving a yes or no answer was very rude and spoke in a aggressive manner, he said he was fed up with these questions and I should check online

Last Friday February 23, 2024. The flixbus came late at Florenz, Italy for about 45 minutes. Furthermore, it arrived in Munich also for 4 1/2 hours late. I had messaged and discussed the matters thru their Customer Service. However, there was no resolution takes place. Not even a compensation to refund the half, if not the whole fareprice. The Customer Service replied that the late arrival is not covered for the compensation. Althoug, I have explained that because of late arrival, I had missed my connecting transportation in Munich. The Time wasted and money is not what the company is utmost for their passenger. I hope those future clients and passengers will try to use other bus company, that helps and bring the matters of their passenger's rights.

The bus left early from Amiens to Brussels, the toilet was absolutely disgusting, obviously not cleaned after the last trip, no toilet paper on a 4 hour journey. Drivers spoke no English and looked really scruffy in football shirts. No class. It might be cheap but there’s no excuse for lack of hygiene. Will never use again.

They changed my departure for a trip at the end of May from 9:30 am, to 7:30 am. This change made it unacceptable for me and my daughter to take that trip, so I canceled the trip. After cancelation, I looked for their Customer Service, of which there is an online chat in Canada. That person said, because I canceled the ticket, there was nothing he could do. I wanted a charge-back refund, but he said there was nothing left to do. The FlixBus voucher value was 30% less, and because it's a voucher to be used with them, it's actually a total loss of my money, in the amount of $114.91. I will never consider FlixBus for anything in the future and will keep spreading the word about them anywhere and to anyone I can.

Trying to get a refund which was promised after 5 working days, still not received. Would not recommend, having cancelled their bus on our date to go. Try phoning and get a useless chat robotic ans, very frustrating.🤬🤬🤬💩

There should have been free wifi on the bus. Driver said no wifi. I complained and asked for partial refund. They replied "our records indicate that this ticket is non-refundable and has no refund value. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request."

Don't give preference to flix bus or avoid using flix bus, flix bus not gives contact number of driver before departure

The worst service in the world, do not use this company under any circumstances. Customer support is zero, they are late for an hour or more, because of which you can miss your flight, as in my case. You will end up using alternative transport, and they will not even refund you for the unused ticket. There are many competitors that leave this company and its service far behind. Thanks for your attention!

Avoid Flix bus India, the bus didn't stopped at the pickup location it just passed by and I lost my trip, my time and money. I send proof to them I was standing at the time and place the app show and their answer was ridiculous they just said that it did stop. I hope some HONEST staff can take a look at this request: 43785828

The driver is very unfriendly. The toilet was filthy and the chairs are broke and don't recline.
