Avoid Flix bus India, the bus didn't stopped at the pickup location it just passed by and I lost my trip, my time and money.
I send proof to them I was standing at the time and place the app show and their answer was ridiculous they just said that it did stop. I hope some HONEST staff can take a look at this request:
