They changed my departure for a trip at the end of May from 9:30 am, to 7:30 am. This change made it unacceptable for me and my daughter to take that trip, so I canceled the trip. After cancelation, I looked for their Customer Service, of which there is an online chat in Canada. That person said, because I canceled the ticket, there was nothing he could do. I wanted a charge-back refund, but he said there was nothing left to do. The FlixBus voucher value was 30% less, and because it's a voucher to be used with them, it's actually a total loss of my money, in the amount of $114.91. I will never consider FlixBus for anything in the future and will keep spreading the word about them anywhere and to anyone I can.
