I took Flixbus from Inverness to Glasgow on 18/09 at 12:50 pm. Half way, the driver left the bus and the bus was waiting for something. I saw another bus before us, and thought we were in a traffic. 10 minutes later, someone came back and another driver boarded on. I asked if there was a shop I could go buy drinks. He said no. It just finished. It all means the first driver should have told us what the stop was for so that the needy passengers can have a chance to go out buying whatever needed. The second driver was rude. He said if you wanted to eat something, you should have brought something from Inverness. I said I did. But I just wanted some water. Recommendation: drivers should be customer service oriented! Tell us if you give us a chance to stretch leggs out side or to buy something. We are humans and need something sometime unexpectedly for health reasons.

I asked the driver a simple question Does he stops at a certain place Instead of of giving a yes or no answer was very rude and spoke in a aggressive manner, he said he was fed up with these questions and I should check online

Last Friday February 23, 2024. The flixbus came late at Florenz, Italy for about 45 minutes. Furthermore, it arrived in Munich also for 4 1/2 hours late. I had messaged and discussed the matters thru their Customer Service. However, there was no resolution takes place. Not even a compensation to refund the half, if not the whole fareprice. The Customer Service replied that the late arrival is not covered for the compensation. Althoug, I have explained that because of late arrival, I had missed my connecting transportation in Munich. The Time wasted and money is not what the company is utmost for their passenger. I hope those future clients and passengers will try to use other bus company, that helps and bring the matters of their passenger's rights.
