“Fly deal Fare is one of the worst. Till date they never returned my money which I paid for tickets. Please do not buy from fly deal fare. I called them more than 1000 time but they kept avoiding and then later keep my call holding. Initially they agreed to pay me eventually they neglated me. If you dint want the bad experience then buy it from a proper place instead of these ko d of cheaters.”
“I booked two tickets through the agency. While the service was good, I was told that the agent booking charges were $15. Once I booked I saw my credit card statement and the charges shocked me since one had $130 and other $157 agent booking fees. I contacted the business for itemized invoice, and they are refusing to provide. I checked directly on the airlines and the additional charges can be seen in the price difference.
Stay away from such fraudulent travel agents.”

“I booked a round trip ticket from Kansas City to Hyderabad which was onUnited Airlines. My connecting flight from Frankfurt missed due to delay in getting there. Then after trying to rebook at united, came to know that, Kansas City to New Delhi, and Mumbai to Kansas City was booked through United and domestic part Delhi to Hyderabad while going and Hyderabad to Mumbai on way back was separate booking. Flydealfare folks never told me about it and deceived me. United rebooked my ticket from Frankfurt to Delhi and they said from there was not their booking. Since I reached Delhi late, Air India cancelled my flight due to no show. When contacted flydealfare was didn’t do anything and suggested to buy one way trip from Delhi to Hyderabad. I was literally stranded in Delhi for 1.5 days to buy another ticket. Air India also cancelled my return ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai. Because of that I incurred 40,000 rupees ($492). With making several calls to flydealfare they were so helpless and rude and make no effort to mitigate the situation.I strongly suggest not to use this travel agency. I travelled between December 13 - December 26th.”
“When I booked my flight with them was very smooth but have to cancelled due to virus can’t travel I call them before 24 hours to travel my wedding got even postponed When I called they ask me pay more to increase ticket money only got money back $950 ticket actual price was $1697 i lost money $747 which is not fair their is problem in whole world and they should understand the person who going to marry and need to cancel her trip and should give money back not making drama we can’t bcz of policy they can’t not fair i will think now 100 times to book ticket in future”
