If you have to return your online order, Foot Locker charges you a return shipping fee now. Read return policies before buying. It also takes some time to get a refund back to your credit card after they received the online order back.

Absolutely awful having ordered on six different occasions I am yet to receive any order and have had to wait weeks for a refund each and every time this company needs investigating as to whether any genuine person ever receives any items they’ve ordered from them stay away from them utter garbage worse than loan sharks making money off innocent hardworking people

Now they are expecting me to drive to th store to get a refund yet they are not trying to make it right .

Horrible experience. Placed an order by accident takes a month to get a refund on my money taken instantly from my account. Customer service was terrible. I ended up selling the shoes online for twice the price. The only thing to make this experience decent.

STILL WAITING FOR MY TRAINERS OR REFUND Do not buy from this site, I ordered my trainers on 11th March & the money left my account on March 13th, my delivery was scheduled for March 14th but they kept delaying it & now the tracking hasn’t been updated in over 2 weeks and they won’t give me a refund. I will be taking this further as of today, I will be taking action with the retail ombudsman and contacting my bank

Never ever shop here!!!! Customer service is atrocious!!! In store and online!! I went into store and wanted a pair of shoes, which I asked the lady at the desk for size to try on. She said she would go and get the shoes and then just never came back with them, she just stood behind the till chatting to her work colleagues. After 15 minutes, I was walked over to her and asked her if she had those shoes. She said.. oh no sorry we don’t!! Well thanks for telling me!!! She then said she would order me them online. So I did! Once they were ordered, I never got a confirmation email! Then after 2 weeks the shoes still had not arrived. So I went online for a live chat with an agent, but the only thing I could get through to was a robot, which was very unhelpful. After a while, he then told me my order had been cancelled!! But I had got no email informing me of this! The money was still out my account and I didn’t have a pair of shoes!! I have been trying now for 4/5 days to get in touch with a human to try and give me my refund, as I cannot go back into store as I live no where near the shop, I was just visiting!! I would be put in a queue of 22 people and it would take me an hour and a half to get to number 4 in the queue, then it would kick me off and I would have to start again!!! It’s an absolute joke! They are unprofessional thefts! Still not spoke to a human and still have no shoes and no money back!! Never ever ever shop here!!!!!!

I returned a pair of shoes, they were scanned in yet 12 days later I still don’t have my refund.

Filed a claim with footlocker to do an investigation and was told either I will get a refund or they will resend the sneakers.
