I had a problem with a hoodie i purchased(was not delivered, lost) i contacted Foot Locker customer service through email and they were great. They found my order, and offered me either a refund, or to ship the order again to me.

Ordered my Air Max from Footlocker on 26/08/19 and they were delivered (to the Uk from France) free of delivery charge within 48 hours, correct size, as described and also £20 cheaper than anyone else. I also received excellent customer service throughout (thankyou Rita, whoever you are) and access to tracking through UPS. All in all a great service, thankyou Footlocker. Highly recommended. ***** all the way!

Customer service could be better. Overall shoe purchase was good. I have purchased the all black pair of Nike Air about 6 month ago and I love them. They are comfortable and soft. I also purchased a white pain one week ago for my birthday and so far so good. No shoe complaints.
