This company runs several web sites. The base is http:foreverflorist.com but when you select a country to deliver to, the site changes to, for example http://forever-florist-japan.com They have most countries listed and say they deliver to most countries. This was my personal experience with them. I have a friend in Japan that had a bad day and I wanted to send flowers to. The website http://forever-florist-japan.com was one of the sites suggested by google search and "guaranteed same day delivery" if ordered by (a running clock ticker showing time left to order for same day delivery). I had over 15 hours remaining on that clock for same-day delivery. I ordered a beautiful arrangement with "Expertly arranged by our skilled florists, it includes 3 ruby red roses, 2 juicy red apples, red hypericum berries, and seasonal foliage and greenery" in a green (extra charge) vase to cheer my friend up after a particularly bad day and paid $98 for the arrangement and vase. I received an email from them describing the arrangement I ordered which was correct which I am pasting in below along with a disclaimer for delivery. Her email: ********************************************** I am pleased to confirm we have received your order for Appelicious - 3 Red Roses, for delivery to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on 05-Nov-2024. We will confirm again shortly after your order has been completed in the meantime if we can be of any other assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist. ****Delivery: While we guarantee the delivery date selected we are unable to guarantee AM or specific delivery time slots. All flowers and containers are subject to availability; in the event of non availability of a certain flower or container type we will replace with the closest available item of equal or greater value****. ************************************************ I then received another email as follows: ************************************************ Thank you for your order 2306057. I can confirm we have now rescheduled your order from delivery on 11/05/2024 to the new delivery date of 06-Nov-2024. ************************************************ Since my friend was not going to be home on Nov 6, I requested to go ahead and deliver on Nov 7, which they did. Unfortunately, it was nothing similar to the product that I ordered. What she received was 5 red roses with some white baby's breath (No apples, no berries, no greenery) in a clear vase. Pretty, but nothing close to what I ordered - at least they got the red roses correct. In complaining via email to Nittaya Srikomkam, Customer Service Manager, she basically told me in their "terms and condition" they can do this. She requested photos of the arrangement, which I sent her two photos, one close up and another of the whole arrangement showing from the bottom of the vase (along with the card I sent) to the top of the flowers, but that wasn't enough for her. she wanted more photos, even though it was extremely obvious that there were no apples, no greenery, no hypericum berries and no green vase. I then complained to paypal, which is how I paid for the flowers. I was surprised that paypal really doesn't do anything except try to get the buyer and seller to discuss the situation between themselves, which makes me wonder, why use paypal for purchases if there is no protection for things like this? In closing, just know that this company is not a florist, it is apparently only a referral company that takes your money, does not back up any "guarantees" they make on the web. It appears to be serviced (if you want to call it that) by the person I noted above, who is not helpful at all. They have your money, and you're lucky to get anything at all out of it. I will look for other florists that can deliver worldwide. I hope you do also.

I used Forever Florists Thailand for Valentine day delivery. Unlike so many other florists who take the order and than on sell it to “local florists” these guys make and deliver direct. My valentine is down in Jomtien and Forever are up in Bangkok , no problems , a great bunch of roses delivered in the time frame I asked direct , now that is service , I will definitely use again and again .. My Girl is very happy , so that makes me happy , well done Forever Florist Thailand , keep up the good work

I've used a number of online flower delivery sites now with mixed reviews. These guys delivered on time and responded quickly to my emails. Their prices were similar to other sites and you definitely get a top quality arrangement. My girlfriend was very very happy!

My order was never delivered. I tried reaching out on the contact number and it wasn’t working! Ridiculous.
