“ Should have used MoonPig. Ordered me misses customized Birthday card, paid premium delivery, which too 6 instead of 4 days... Misses me misses Birthday, went to the 24hr Tesco's that morning before she got up to complete her lil surprise as I leave for work before she gets up... Very disappointed ”

No number or live chat to contact, I sent emails on the Saturday enquiring as to the whereabouts and have yet to hear back. ”

I have never had an issue when I post first class, but this seems to be a common issue for this company based on other people's reviews. Not worth the hassle. Buy a card and post it yourself!! ”
