Paid for 2 frankly over priced gifts as well as spending over £8 for special delivery guaranteed for 14th (before Fathers Day), only one of the items has just turned up on now the 16th! No number or live chat to contact, I sent emails on the Saturday enquiring as to the whereabouts and have yet to hear back.

I feel strongly to write a review about a delivery of a Christmas card more than one months late! Having read the other reviews here I see so many have faced delivery issues too. I have written in to customer service to give the feedback of disappointing service. I will not be using Funky Pigeon again.

I was told "Unfortunately, the date given is an estimated delivery date not a guaranteed delivery day", in other words they are lying on their website to get you to order first.

I ordered a card and gift card with first class delivery and it took 7 days to arrive! Even though they apparently posted it on the day I ordered. So it missed my Mum's birthday. I have never had an issue when I post first class, but this seems to be a common issue for this company based on other people's reviews. Not worth the hassle. Buy a card and post it yourself!!

And on this last occasion, you informed me that they were despatched as next day delivery! But shock, still no delivery!
Why was amazon courier service not used, as you did inform me that would be the case?
Wether you've been spinning me a pack of lies over the last couple of weeks, i'll never know.

Had delivery this morning, it was being dumped behind a bin, when I knocked on window, then dumped the damaged box, upside down in front of porch. Not beneficial to flowers.
No attempt to actually deliver.
