“First of all; the website is incapable of saving changes. I made some amendments to a personalised item, hit the 'save' button, received a notification that the amendments had been saved successfully, but then the item that was sent out was a previous version, before the amendments were made.
Since receiving this incorrect item I have repeated this process three times and every single time, despite being told that the amendments had been saved successfully, the item saved in 'my drafts' does NOT save the changes. Unless you immediately add the item to your basket and order straight away, the changes are lost and you have to start all over again.
Secondly, if you want to change the delivery option once you have selected one, this is not possible. The only way to change the delivery option is to remove the item from your basket and start the whole process again. You can therefore see how the first problem is compounded by the second problem!
Thirdly, I contacted Funky Pigeon using the ONLY way you to get in touch with them, which is to use the 'contact us form' TWO weeks ago. I received an acknowledgment email, but nothing else. TWO WEEKS and no-one has responded. I have sent two follow-up emails, but still nothing.
My only option, it would seem, is to request a chargeback from my card provider.
So in summary; the website doesn't work properly, the checkout process is awful and customer services ignore you.”

“Flowers delivered to wrong address. Had to go and track them down 3/4 miles up the road. On opening flowers were freezing cold. Two flower heads had snapped off and the leaves on the foilage sprayed gold are falling off. Very poor quality. Wife has told me not to use them again and supermarket flowers are a superior quality.”

“I ordered a birthday card on 16th July and paid £3.99 plus £1.70 for first class postage. Before I pressed the order button i checked the ETA which stated the next day. The card did not arrive until the 21st July, 5 days after the order was placed. I have sent about 6 emails and nobody will reply. I called the number on the website and this woman called Marcy would not help at all, she said she hadn't got access to orders She wouldn't even put me thru or give me another contact number. Disgraceful customer service, I will never order from these con artists again. They obviously know I'm making a complaint and therefore will not make contact.”

Paid for 2 frankly over priced gifts as well as spending over £8 for special delivery guaranteed for 14th (before Fathers Day), only one of the items has just turned up on now the 16th! No number or live chat to contact, I sent emails on the Saturday enquiring as to the whereabouts and have yet to hear back. I also had to spend even more money substituting the missing gifts so I actually had something to gift on Fathers Day. Awful customer service, over priced gifts and will definitely never use again.”
