“Sadly my card arrived damaged, however I MUST stress this was NOT the fault of Funky Pigeon, but the fault of the delivery person who tried to ram my A4 card in my postbox and ripped it all and left if half stuck out the postbox, so the card also got water damaged as it had been pouring down with rain.
I contacted Funky Pigeon and included a picture of my damaged card, and I can honestly say they have been brilliant in dealing with my concerns. They offered to arrange a new card to be posted or a full refund. The matter was resolved within a couple of days.
I can’t thank them enough for how swiftly and professionally they dealt with my concerns and brought this matter to a very happy conclusion.

“I had a very disappointing experience with Funky Pigeon.
I placed an order for birthday balloons on 02/03/2026 specifically to make sure they would arrive in time for 15th March, which was the birthday celebration. I even paid for express tracked delivery and ordered two weeks in advance, which should have been more than enough time.
Unfortunately, nothing was delivered. As of 16/03, the balloons still haven’t arrived and I have received no response from customer service despite trying to contact them.
Because of this, my planned birthday decorations were completely ruined, which is extremely frustrating given how far in advance I placed the order.
This level of service is very irresponsible. If you cannot deliver items on time for events like birthdays, you should not be advertising delivery services that clearly cannot be fulfilled.
I will never order from Funky Pigeon again and would not recommend them to anyone planning time-sensitive celebrations.”

“First of all; the website is incapable of saving changes. I made some amendments to a personalised item, hit the 'save' button, received a notification that the amendments had been saved successfully, but then the item that was sent out was a previous version, before the amendments were made.
Since receiving this incorrect item I have repeated this process three times and every single time, despite being told that the amendments had been saved successfully, the item saved in 'my drafts' does NOT save the changes. Unless you immediately add the item to your basket and order straight away, the changes are lost and you have to start all over again.
Secondly, if you want to change the delivery option once you have selected one, this is not possible. The only way to change the delivery option is to remove the item from your basket and start the whole process again. You can therefore see how the first problem is compounded by the second problem!
Thirdly, I contacted Funky Pigeon using the ONLY way you to get in touch with them, which is to use the 'contact us form' TWO weeks ago. I received an acknowledgment email, but nothing else. TWO WEEKS and no-one has responded. I have sent two follow-up emails, but still nothing.
My only option, it would seem, is to request a chargeback from my card provider.
So in summary; the website doesn't work properly, the checkout process is awful and customer services ignore you.”

“Flowers delivered to wrong address. Had to go and track them down 3/4 miles up the road. On opening flowers were freezing cold. Two flower heads had snapped off and the leaves on the foilage sprayed gold are falling off. Very poor quality. Wife has told me not to use them again and supermarket flowers are a superior quality.”
