Ordered a card and gift voucher 5 days before birthday and now birthday has gone and still no card nor voucher Sent email but nothing. Never will I use funky pigeon every again

I ordered a birthday card on 16th July and paid £3.99 plus £1.70 for first class postage. Before I pressed the order button i checked the ETA which stated the next day. The card did not arrive until the 21st July, 5 days after the order was placed. I have sent about 6 emails and nobody will reply. I called the number on the website and this woman called Marcy would not help at all, she said she hadn't got access to orders She wouldn't even put me thru or give me another contact number. Disgraceful customer service, I will never order from these con artists again. They obviously know I'm making a complaint and therefore will not make contact.

I have sent an email within hours of receiving the damaged item, there is no reply from customer service at all. I need my item replaced as it was a special occasion for someone, they ruined everything by not replying. There is no phone number you can contact nor they are replying to emails. Appalling service.

Terrible customer service - ironically dealt with a member of the "customer happiness team" after my children's father's day card never arrived. Refusing to provide a refund and taking no responsibility whatsoever. Shockingly poor

Would rate 0 if I could. Paid for 2 frankly over priced gifts as well as spending over £8 for special delivery guaranteed for 14th (before Fathers Day), only one of the items has just turned up on now the 16th! No number or live chat to contact, I sent emails on the Saturday enquiring as to the whereabouts and have yet to hear back. I also had to spend even more money substituting the missing gifts so I actually had something to gift on Fathers Day. Awful customer service, over priced gifts and will definitely never use again.

Terrible service - delivered the gift without the card which they charged me £6 for! When I complained to customer services, they were not in the least bothered. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them as they seem to do this a lot!

I feel strongly to write a review about a delivery of a Christmas card more than one months late! Having read the other reviews here I see so many have faced delivery issues too. I have written in to customer service to give the feedback of disappointing service. I will not be using funky pigeon again.

Useless,used them one time for 3 cards for May Birthdays,not one arrived,no answer to emails, request for cards to be resent unanswered so deleted account and lost the money!

I am spending my 79th birthday trying to download a voucher,from my son,who lives in indonesia.the voucher code is invalid! Thought it was sorted,had to put a security number in to prove who I was,and the voucher was invalidated again. I am stuck trying to sort it out! I sent a photo of the voucher code,to FP. And still not sorted.

Absolutely disgusting service. Paid £12 for an helium Balloon for wife's anniversary. Took it out of box..Was nearly empty of helium. Had to put it straight in bin.. Be warned..

I ordered a card for my son's 18th birthday on Feb 18th, estimated date of arrival was 24th (Funky Pigeon website during the order and on confirmation email - snip below) and the birthday was on the 27th. As it stands (3rd March) it still hasn't arrived and all I'm getting from their 'customer happiness' team are generic template apologies. I was told "Unfortunately, the date given is an estimated delivery date not a guaranteed delivery day", in other words they are lying on their website to get you to order first. I've always used Moonpig with no issues, but this card looked really nice and I only ordered with them based on the delivery date. My mistake and one I will not be making again.

Bought some Roses from funky pigeon for my wife. They cost £30 and have never been so disappointed with Roses ever before. They were dead the very next day an had the be thrown in the bin. I reported it back to them and they had the cheek to say they died because they were put in a dirty vase. I'll never use them again

I went to Funky Pigeon as a change from Moonpig. I made my order only to discover that it had to be sent in 2 packages and that I had to pay 2 sets of postage. One card was included with the flowers, so I do not understand why the other card and small keyring could not have been included too. I was however, thankful that it was not, as the water in the flowers leaked and made the card wet. The second package was delivered to the wrong address and turned up a day late. I realise this is down to Royal Mail, not FP, but had everything been posted together with the flowers, it would have arrived on time. Thankfully, my wife was not upset and saw the funny side of it.

Photo birthday card ordered well in advance as I was going on holiday. Returned to discover card was not received by the recipient. I have now emailed funky pigeon twice and as yet have not received a response . £5 down the drain. Not Impressed.

I ordered a card and gift card with first class delivery and it took 7 days to arrive! Even though they apparently posted it on the day I ordered. So it missed my Mum's birthday. I have never had an issue when I post first class, but this seems to be a common issue for this company based on other people's reviews. Not worth the hassle. Buy a card and post it yourself!!

Very disappointed customer!!! Ordered my Grandsons 1st birthday card on 18th Jan today is the 26th Jan !! And no card I have emailed twice and no reply absolutely rubbish company. Stay away !

I had ordered a birthday card (for an 80th) and a plant. The card was correctly delivered and on time. I paid for express postage. The Plant arrived in a broken plant pot, which required repotting. I reported this and was asked for photographic evidence, which I could not ask the recipient to do. They would not have been able to do this. I would not use them again as I entered into a stream of e mails on the topic.

I'm sure you won't be suprised to hear, i have not received the calendars today, as you stated i would. To say i'm disappointed with funky pigeon's service would be an understatement! I'm still puzzled as to how i've not received any replacements in the last 2.5 weeks, from when i first informed you of the damaged original copies, on Dec 5th! As mentioned previously, i'm not overly keen on using Royal Mail. But i find it impossible to believe that they have failed to deliver on what is now the third time! And on this last occasion, you informed me that they were despatched as next day delivery! But shock, still no delivery! Why was amazon courier service not used, as you did inform me that would be the case? Wether you've been spinning me a pack of lies over the last couple of weeks, i'll never know. But i feel more could of and should of been done to get those calendars to me in time for christmas. I obviously had them personalised to signify an important moment in life, that would be a very special gift to the recipients at christmas. But now that won't happen, i feel very frustrated and saddened. I certainly wish i'd of ordered from moonpig or etsy. Which is exactly what i'll be doing in future, as will other family members now i've told them of how i've been treated. Needless to say, i will be following this up with a negative review online.

I will never use this service again. Two personalised Christmas cards abroad. Very important, they had plenty of time. The cards are paid for but never arrived. Poor service.
