There is no customer service, no way of making my complaint about the DEAD flowers I received! They are making money out of people selling RUBBISH. PLEASE NOTE EVERYBODY AVOID FUNKY PIGEON !!!

Ordered a Mother’s Day card and gave company a full week to deliver. They deliver it a day later than the day: what’s the point. No apology. No refund. No compensation. Will never use again. Useless.

I had a very disappointing experience with Funky Pigeon. I placed an order for birthday balloons on 02/03/2026 specifically to make sure they would arrive in time for 15th March, which was the birthday celebration. I even paid for express tracked delivery and ordered two weeks in advance, which should have been more than enough time. Unfortunately, nothing was delivered. As of 16/03, the balloons still haven’t arrived and I have received no response from customer service despite trying to contact them. Because of this, my planned birthday decorations were completely ruined, which is extremely frustrating given how far in advance I placed the order. This level of service is very irresponsible. If you cannot deliver items on time for events like birthdays, you should not be advertising delivery services that clearly cannot be fulfilled. I will never order from Funky Pigeon again and would not recommend them to anyone planning time-sensitive celebrations.

Ordered a birthday card beginning of Feb . It never arrived despite the delivery status saying it had. Still haven’t received a refund and customer service is frustrating and unhelpful.

Awful company to send cards no contact detail and when you find it it is not direct and keeps bringing you back to same page without answering. Don’t use them is you wand to keep sane.

Ordered cards and gifts still not arrived.customer service SHOCKING.you have a reference number it should never take that long to find out where my items are.it is obvious I am not going to recieve these items now.Shame on you for doing this to customers.not going to be a customer now.please send a refund. First of all; the website is incapable of saving changes. I made some amendments to a personalised item, hit the 'save' button, received a notification that the amendments had been saved successfully, but then the item that was sent out was a previous version, before the amendments were made. Since receiving this incorrect item I have repeated this process three times and every single time, despite being told that the amendments had been saved successfully, the item saved in 'my drafts' does NOT save the changes. Unless you immediately add the item to your basket and order straight away, the changes are lost and you have to start all over again. Secondly, if you want to change the delivery option once you have selected one, this is not possible. The only way to change the delivery option is to remove the item from your basket and start the whole process again. You can therefore see how the first problem is compounded by the second problem! Thirdly, I contacted Funky Pigeon using the ONLY way you to get in touch with them, which is to use the 'contact us form' TWO weeks ago. I received an acknowledgment email, but nothing else. TWO WEEKS and no-one has responded. I have sent two follow-up emails, but still nothing. My only option, it would seem, is to request a chargeback from my card provider. So in summary; the website doesn't work properly, the checkout process is awful and customer services ignore you.

Flowers delivered to wrong address. Had to go and track them down 3/4 miles up the road. On opening flowers were freezing cold. Two flower heads had snapped off and the leaves on the foilage sprayed gold are falling off. Very poor quality. Wife has told me not to use them again and supermarket flowers are a superior quality.

Can’t contact them except via a contact form online. It’s been 4 days and have had no response which means flower order can’t be amended which will be ££ wasted

50th anniversary card did not arrive but at least the flower did. However they looked like a bunch of weeds compared to flowers from other suppliers. What a disaster on such a special day.

Item lost and no help from customer service. Ordered on 16th August. Item still not arrived as 01st September with no tracking and no update after multiple emails to customer service to look into the issue. Shockingly poor service. AVOID. If something goes wrong, there is no number to contact and no one is going to help you.

Should have used MoonPig. Ordered me misses customized Birthday card, paid premium delivery, which too 6 instead of 4 days... Misses me misses Birthday, went to the 24hr Tesco's that morning before she got up to complete her lil surprise as I leave for work before she gets up... Very disappointed
