I ordered a card for my son's 18th birthday on Feb 18th, estimated date of arrival was 24th (Funky Pigeon website during the order and on confirmation email - snip below) and the birthday was on the 27th. As it stands (3rd March) it still hasn't arrived and all I'm getting from their 'customer happiness' team are generic template apologies. I was told "Unfortunately, the date given is an estimated delivery date not a guaranteed delivery day", in other words they are lying on their website to get you to order first. I've always used Moonpig with no issues, but this card looked really nice and I only ordered with them based on the delivery date. My mistake and one I will not be making again.
