Ordered photo calendar on 17th nov, still not received order, no response from customer service on line form. Customer service is appalling, no means to contact them by phone

Had delivery this morning, it was being dumped behind a bin, when I knocked on window, then dumped the damaged box, upside down in front of porch. Not beneficial to flowers. No attempt to actually deliver.

Placed my order 10 days ago. Since then no update on my order, i can't access my account, no one is answering my emails, i can't reset the password and nothing seems to be working. EXTREMELY bad customer service and customer experience!!!

Terrible Customer Service.. I spent £23 on a gift of 3 craft beer and card for brothers birthday . Arrived a day later/ only 2 beer and NO card. No refund . Will never use again.

I ordered a customised birthday card on 10th Nov and still waiting for it even though it was meant to be delivered on 12th according to their update. Still waiting on customer service to respond from 3 days ago .. went to moonpig instead and sorted !

Order cards over a week ago ! Paid extra for speedy delivery ! Week on still NO cards What a total disappointment! Will never use this company agin

Ordered flowers and a get well soon card for a friend who had an operation. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like in the picture shown on their website. To make matters worse, the flowers were delivered without the card so my friend didn’t even know who they were from. When I contacted their customer service team, the response received was poor to say the least. I have ordered flowers, cards and gifts from many different places such as M&S, Next and Moonpig for various celebrations for family and friends and never had any issues.

Paid next day delivery £3.95 for my sons 21st turned up but never left card and being a Friday birthday is saturday so no card for him ,, total waste of time will never use again

Bunch of Cowboys. Taken £8 off me for two cards but the money does not show in my FP Account. Got sent a receipt for my order for £0 andvthe cards are still in my Shopping Basket. Waiting for my bank to Charge Back the £8. Do not trustvthese people. They ignore emails and just keep your money andvrun.

Funky Pigeon website is not user friendly and badly needs updating. Wasted far to much time trying to navigate it to no avail.

Spend 20 mins finding and personalising a card but because I had previously ordered years ago and couldn't remember password, I had to reset. Once reset, my card had been removed from the basket! Not wasting any more time on this.

First and last time with FP. Ordered a birthday card for a young niece. Having used Moonpig, I know cards normally take a week for UK to Australia so I gave plenty of leeway time when ordering. 13 days ordering, the card has still not arrived. I could have just purchased a card in a shop, mailed it myself from a Post Office thereby ensuring it actually had a tracking feature (and not what FP call “tracking”) and that it would arrive on time - thereby making the use of this card enterprise entirely redundant. Strong nope from me for Funky Pigeon.

I have just spent a hour and a half trying to place a order with you and nothing a total waste of time i would have been better going out to a shop in the time I have wasted .. 24 hour shopping services can function during bank holidays WHY cant you .

I have used Funky pigeon for many years and have never had a problem. I ordered 2 cards for Mother’s Day, the Tuesday before so plenty of time to arrive. On Wednesday I received an email stating they had been sent and should arrive on Thursday. Nothing on Thursday. Nothing on Friday. Nothing on Saturday. No cards for Mother’s Day, upset in the household is putting it mildly. I contacted Funky pigeon and did get a quick response from Daisy, however it was very curt and told me to wait until Monday and if they hadn’t arrived, then they will look into it. I replied that Monday would be too late as it’s Mother’s Day today, and I expect a refund as I ordered the cards in plenty of time. I received another curt short reply just restating what she had said previously. Well Daisy you have lost yourself a long standing loyal customer, don’t worry about sending me a sorry your leaving us card because ill probably never get it!

Its no good shrugging your shoulders and blaming customs when you send to another country. My daughter sent a Christmas card and my husbands birthday card to us in Spain and they both arrived a month late. The cards were not even in their envelopes but loose in the packing envelope. Its about time you got deliveries sorted. The person who keeps our postbox here in Spain says its nothing unusual for Funky pigeon. The cards were both lovely and it was a great shame.
