I had ordered a birthday card (for an 80th) and a plant. The card was correctly delivered and on time. I paid for express postage. The Plant arrived in a broken plant pot, which required repotting. I reported this and was asked for photographic evidence, which I could not ask the recipient to do. They would not have been able to do this.
I would not use them again as I entered into a stream of e mails on the topic.
