Ordered a birthday card beginning of Feb . It never arrived despite the delivery status saying it had. Still haven’t received a refund and customer service is frustrating and unhelpful.

Ordered cards and gifts still not arrived.customer service SHOCKING.you have a reference number it should never take that long to find out where my items are.it is obvious I am not going to recieve these items now.Shame on you for doing this to customers.not going to be a customer now.please send a refund. Had orders that have come weeks late and the last one never showed up at all!!! Terrible service I’ve just requested my money back! No communication at all! Avoid!!!

Terrible service card never arrived been 7 days since I ordered contacted customer service and no reply after 3 emails sent to them this is the second time it has happened won’t order again with them

Item lost and no help from customer service. Ordered on 16th August. Item still not arrived as 01st September with no tracking and no update after multiple emails to customer service to look into the issue. Shockingly poor service. AVOID. If something goes wrong, there is no number to contact and no one is going to help you.

Impossible to use voucher. Your customer service is useless. I set up an account as per instructions and it will not recognise password or email address. Even though they are correct. As far as I am concerned you have taken money and not fulfilled a service. This voucher was in May.

I have sent an email within hours of receiving the damaged item, there is no reply from customer service at all. I need my item replaced as it was a special occasion for someone, they ruined everything by not replying. There is no phone number you can contact nor they are replying to emails. Appalling service.

Terrible customer service - ironically dealt with a member of the "customer happiness team" after my children's father's day card never arrived. Refusing to provide a refund and taking no responsibility whatsoever. Shockingly poor
