Although the fault was not mine, but H&B’s, they would not give me a full refund and just kept referring me to a VAT receipt! Despite MANY, MANY emails and photos showing the confirmation email and how much I paid for the item, they were intransigent.

Do not buy CBD GUMMIES had adverse reaction and insomnia from a sleep aid remedy buyers beware the store assistant had zero intelegence or info on any of the products and promoted these were very popular product Very much disagree and will no longer after 10years use Holland and Barrett again no resolve from customer complaints and no refund Very bad customer care!

I've been a long standing customer so quite disappointed in their refund process for a faulty product bought on-line recently. They are dragging this out unnecessarily by asking for more information and finally a photo of the item. If this is so vital they should have requested this in the first place and save my time and theirs, and avoid annoying their customers.

Week later called costumer service to be told my order has been cancelled,no email with a confirmation of this cancellation,so as far as I'm concerned I've been mislead ,payed for a product advertised as available to then not recive what I've payed for (false advertising,and theft)Costumer service said i now need to go back to the store for a refund and a 10 pound voucher for the enconveinience.

Placed an order which got lost so missed Christmas. They re-ordered it for me and sent it out express. It also got lost. Spent a lot of time Chatting with their service dept who were unable to find either order. I'm sure they cant be this bad with all orders, but so many e-mail's with false promises forced me to get a refund. Awful experience.

I thought I’d give H&B online another try (previous problems with slow delivery, missing products, and no stock despite taking my money). I mean how long can a big company like H&B continue to provide such a ... service? Big mistake, ordered last Thursday (it’s Tuesday now), payment confirmation received from PayPal, but no order confirmation or despatch notification from H&B. Can’t get through on phone, have emailed and sent FB message but I am not hopeful of any response. I have a feeling I will end up ordering from Amazon and getting PayPal to refund my H&B payment

Rang Holland and Barrett today who said they would have to wait 48 hours for Hermes to get back to them to let them know what had happened to the parcel, despite the fact that they are the sender! I asked for a refund as the parcel had not arrived in time and most likely was never going to arrive, but was told that I had to wait until Holland and Barrett heard from Hermes before they could issue a refund! Absolutely appalling service from Holland and Barrett who waited three days before even despatching the order and then chose to use a courier known for its appalling record, rather than a decent one that would have actually DELIVERED the parcel to me.

Truly awful... took nearly 2 weeks to receive a small order. I complained and didn't even receive a response. Requested a refund and suddenly the now unwanted order is on its way. Might be worth listening to your customers...

I placed an order with you 4 weeks ago which has not yet arrived, like a previous customer said you claimed goods were damaged and had to be returned but after e mailing you I still don't know when they will be delivered and my request for a refund was refused! How are Holland and Barrett getting away with stealing customer's money? ? Will be taking this further if nothing arrives this week, it's fraudulent!
