“ Service in some stores not the staff fault, as an ex employee the work load is horrendous. No support at all from out of store management. All staff feeling over worked, under paid and under valued. Tons of lone trading in all stores which is criminal. Cheaper on line for alot of products they sell. Returns we are told to avoid where possible. Customer service at head office a joke. TBH vitamins in Boots etc just as good. ”

“ On the returns information on the delivery note it states that items can be returned to ANY store , NOT true , the Brecon store said they don't accept items bought on line, have emailed customer service a few times , still hasn't been sorted , the items that need to be returned are non food. ”
