"Want to shop with Hollister Co.... I thought I did as well until the company turned out to be fraudulent.\r\nUpon shipping my items back in a timely manner and in original condition on Jan 11th I am still waiting for my $200.00 refund to be processed. I have contacted the company via online chat, email and direct calls to customer service.\r\nThe last person I spoke with \u201cJerica Jones\u201d informed me after yet another attempt to escalate the issue to a manager that managers, accounting, head office and the refund processing department are all unavailable and will only contact you via email.\r\nUnless you want to deal with a fraudulent company stealing your money I would recommend shopping elsewhere."
