“ It is the first time of ordering a large shop online. Was given a free delivery time slot of 7.00 - 9.00 p.m. Arrived last night at 7.15 p.m. Delivery guys were very helpful and apologised for the open package of Strawberries and offered to take back for a refund. I was happy that no Strawberries were missing or damaged so accepted them. I will definitely be ordering a large shop online again when stocks run low. ”

“ Most of the time my delivery is great and the older workers are more reliable and polite, but when comes to the younger drivers they arnt so prefer older workers to do the deliverys, also the updates arnt very upto date online with tracking and I only get a text saying when on the way about 30 mins after the first delivery time so never know until then so needs to text as soon as leaves the store and on the road then won't be waiting wondering how long will be, apart from that I like the products from Iceland ”

“ Love getting my order from Iceland but this is the first one since no bags ,,and we find it hard to empty boxes while delivery man is waiting it is quite a chore carrying boxes ,,we are both in our 70,s ”

“ Was expecting a delivery last night between 7-9pm, kept checking tracking then said delivered, but no show, obviously annnoyed as customer services shuts 6pm and considering deliveries can be up to 10pm I think it’s bad you can’t contact till next morning!! Saying that I spoke to Aiden at customer services 8am next day and received a text saying Ethan will be delivering before 10am which he did and both Aiden and Ethan were absolutely helpful and charming so they are definitely a good asset to the company, just hope Iceland can keep on working on their faults ”

“ Excellent I am from Cheshire Runcorn area,and with all the prices increasing I started shopping at Iceland the last 12 months , the food is very reasonable and I do save alot on my food bill to other supermarkets that’s my option , The customer service staff are very helpfull ,especially the delivery staff, very polite and always very efficient, the young man who delivered my shopping today was brilliant he had all my shopping ready and very helpfull,5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the staff , I highly recommend Iceland especially the Runcorn delivery, it so easy to shop online , so many bargains and delivery is very efficient I have always managed to get my shopping next day A***** ”
