The bulk of my order was missing and I was asked by the delivery person to be speaking with managers or call customer service myself in the morning as if it was my error to solve
All I wanted was a refund which I had to repeat like a broken record but no, apparently I needed to solve it myself on top of not having had my delivery

But now I'm told I need to wait 3-5 days for a refund which has left me with very little food in the meantime & as a pensioner I have no extra money to replace a £70 order until I receive the refund.

Wow I found out I had been overcharged when I checked my bill at home, That was back in December and still no action. This could have been rectified by return of email, but why should I have to drive at my expense to the store to get a refund; this would have cost me more in fuel.

I wouldn't even award a 1 star review! Ordered a same day delivery 6th January I'm an nhs nurse so shift worker they didn't even send an email saying order cancelled just never showed up. Husband called to the store extremely rude staff and manager they said it was due to snow but that was the day before my order it was just heavy rain on 6th! Came across like they couldn't be bothered was told it would be cancelled through email that didn't happen until the 8th. Contacted through phone for refund to be told it would take 3 to 5 working days still no refund!!! Will never do an online shop again with Iceland!! Stay well clear!!!!

Order a shop on the 6th December then had to cancel as they didn't tell me changed the date to the 13th December and 16 days later still no refund reckon they have refunded but no nothing at all and keep getting a different story and am still waiting

8 hours after ordering and paying for my order, they cancel it and put the item online at a different price.
Surely they must honour my order and I should not have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund.
Will never shop there again.

Did an online order they took payment then later on in the day I canceled some water I realised I had already paid so called up spoke to a lady who said yes I see what had happened you will get a refund for it nope so called back told no you never got charged my bank says different so looked up reviews and wow I’m not the only one they don’t like giving refunds so that’s fine I will make sure to go in to store and get five pounds worth of goods for free this weekend we can both play that game added my shopping list clearly shows I was charged for it .
