Failed to make my delivery. They made no contact at all. No response on the phone, a generic response via their customer service e-mail and nearly a week later are not responding to my messages chasing up the refund. I have not ever encountered such poor customer service in a UK based business.

I got through to someone on the customer service phone number but they said there isn't anything they can do and that someone will call me about my delivery.

It beggars belief that they can expect to turn a profit when they are so atrociously poor in basic delivery of service.

Did this online sending all relevent information and attaching images of packaging as requested numerous times, what a waste of time, email after email after email asking for same information, judging by some of the names on replies, assume customer service is abroad somewhere with folks who clearly have a remit not to issue a refund at any cost.

Second time ive ordered from staines shop first delivery took 8 days to be deligvered chance it again got txt saying its being delivered never arrived dont use this company there going under for good reason there Fxxking useless will never use them again best they can do is go under John B PS customer service or email the forget it there a bunch of CuXXs

Company is rubbish. I order online at New Addington store. Promise 2 hour delivery. Alway late. Have had items use by date next day. Have had items missing. Ring head office and takes ages for phone to be answered. Call alway goes to foreign call centre. Sometime can't understand them. I asked to speak to a manager .Was told that will call me within 24 hours. Didn't happen. Rang to complain. Call went to South Africa WHY! Woman hung up. Staff aren't bothered any the customers. Don't use this company. Customer service is terrible

What has happened at Iceland?? Can't even get through to customer service,order 3 hours late,and half it missing,next day, managed to get a redelivery,have up with customer service,tried all local stores until I found where mine was picked,they said they'd sort and send out,it finally arrived almost 2 hours late,still with items missing,no more,I shan't shop with them again after doing so for 5 years online
