Refund - Difficult

offered to give me a refund of £20 , I refused and wanted more escalation, After talking to 5 different people in India someone told me to go back to currys and request a new sim I went and the new sim worked but all this could have been avoided if the first person told.

I messaged them AGAIN for a third time to explain that the money had come out of my bank, and that I was told this wouldn’t happen - they went on to apologise and said that they would issue a refund.

I politely confirmed this and was advised that my money would be refunded within 5 working days.

I have been on line for two hours trying to get a refund after finding that iD Mobile have been taking money out if my account since August amounting to £176.

Never ever take contract with this scam company . Cancel the contract within 30 days because of poor signals and reconfirmed with customer service before taking the PAC code that I don’t need to pay any termination charges . Received final bill of £6.71 but took £139 from my account . Now refusing to refund. This is daylight robbing .

Instead of demanding more money from me, they should be giving me a refund for the week of service I have paid for in advance and cannot use, not to mention the time they have stolen from my life.

Eventually they said ok we will refund it and we will add £4 compensation for the trouble.

After speaking to one of their reps on their online chat room for almost 5 hours I still could get my money sent back to me or the phone to be delivered again the next day, they told me that I need to contact CPW for my refund even tho I ordered the phone from them and if I order another phone I will have much better results next time.

I contacted them asking for a one-off refund as a gesture of goodwill but there is obviously no goodwill from this company.
