“I drive safely course if you get a ticket of course you have to take the school the school was fine it was great you had to do it. However you have to sign up for the course and to do that you have to enroll in the iDrive safely roadside assistance which is a five dollar charge monthly. I did not need the five dollar monthly roadside assistance. I already have AAA! I canceled it as soon as I was done with the course. However they still kept charging me it did not cancel I kept trying to cancel it it still kept coming out of my account. I went on disability and still kept coming out of my account. It made it very difficult for me when I was pinching pennies. I was not happy with the fact that they make you enroll in roadside assistance to take the course which I had paid for already to take the course, like $40, as well as the ticket for turning on a right on red. I thought taking the course I wasn’t going to have the ticket cost. I had the ticket cost, the course cost and the on going cost of the roadside assistance I didn’t need and the overdraft fees that it cost me because they wouldn’t cancel. Not happy with IDrive safely service. Oh and when they send you the email they only have a little button on there and it says something like click on button to confirm service so you can’t even respond to them through an email without confirming your service.”
