“ Bought a pair of shorts online. Fit was too small. Tried to return the item online after following their returns policy. Tried several times to input my credit card details to pay the return postage but will it not accept them. No idea why. Customer service non-existent. BEWARE YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE TO A STORE. ”
