“Bad Game. They falsely ban you and do not have any support system in place to appeal the bans. They will just throw a blanket over it and say 'your account is heavily contested" and say it is un appealable. They're cringe and only care about money”
“they false ban players and give no details on why the false ban was given, just a blanket statement of "botting/macroing", nevermind having NEVER done it, the appeals are auto denied, you cant get ahold of a moderator to discuss it, clear your name because they want you to just sit down and take a punishment you didnt earn. there is no way to reach them, no phone number available(i hunted for one, all i got was a signal like the phone was off the hook), no means to message a mod, their forum mods are sycophantic and lock any threads that involve trying to appeal it there.
you have to go to something like reddit or twitter, and hope the only good mod will see your request and help you, because the others just tell you to go to their completely useless "support center". they false ban real players and leave actual bots alone, case in point: the grand exchange, its filled with bots saying the same thing over and over, they dont care. they will ignore evidence on their own end, like random event logs, sign in/sign out logs, chat logs, add a friend logs because its too much trouble. if you want a game to play, go to anything else, dont waste your time on them, they will, sooner or later, false ban you for something you didnt do, and leave you no recourse.”
“I have a 17 year old account with jagex. After recruiting many friends and beimg part of the community so long. The way they treat their customers is appalling. They have no care for anything except their pockets. Banning real world trading byt introducing their own pay to win and gambling interface.
Their are bugs in game that are exploited to rid players of valuable items. Some items that may take years to accrue. Jagex know about these bugs and REFUSE to fix them. They also REFUSE to help the victims and REFUSE to ban the exploiters.
Do not spend your money here. There are much better games with much better communities out there.
Jagex keeps their toxic community and the nice players leave and because of this the community is now a cesspit”
