We have visited The William Henry in Weymouth 3 times in about 4 months. We were very impressed with the fast efficient service we received on every occasion from the manager (Scotty) and his team. Drinks delivered in less than 4mins each times. Staff clearing tables quickly and walking around making sure everything is OK The manager (Scotty) is visible and supervising constantly. He and his team are a true asset to Wetherspoons

I attended the Robert Nairn in Kirkcaldy , Fife , Scotland. I had a fabulous fish'n'chips meal and was served by a lovely lady called Zoe , Zoe was friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her , I'd give her 10 out 10 for customer service.

I am always pleased with the service at your branch in Petts Wood. The food is well presented and reasonably priced. It is a pleasure to go there.

At Colwyn Bay Wales, Picture House. Ordered on the App. Excellent service. Lovely hot gourmet steak meal. Missing was the tomato. When I queried it was told ' we haven't got any'. A minor thing but perhaps it could have been substituted with an extra mushroom and an explanation offered.

Went for breakfast at Woodrow Wilson's Carlisle, decided on there Baco bitty and Sausage butty, service was quick, filing was very good, but all let down by very dry and poor quality bread.

I thought the food and service was good at the Hatchet Inn Newbury. However, the place was in dire need of a good clean. Table and surroundings sticky dirty and tables left uncleare

The drinks are cheap enough that you can see past some of the more 'eccentric' customers, but it's the staff service that needs attention. I fully accept they all work very hard, I am not calling them lazy by any means, but if I hear one more member of the bar staff ask "Who's next?" I will scream. Managing customers (who to serve next) is as important as how to pull a pint, but it's a skill Wetherspoons fails to teach it's staff.
