“I’m very disappointed with my experience with Just Golf Online. I ordered trousers that were clearly listed as having an adjustable waist (30–34), but what I received was a fixed size 30 waist with 34 length. The listing was misleading, and despite pointing this out with clear evidence, the seller claimed I had misunderstood the description.
They also refused to provide a return label, making the return unnecessarily difficult. The issue could have been resolved quickly with a simple acknowledgment and support, but instead I was left with a product that doesn’t match the description and no assistance to return it.
Unfortunately, if something goes wrong, this seller does not take responsibility. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.”
