“The negatives are probably valid reviews as are the positive. We used Kosta twice - first time there was no drama; he was cost-wise good value, reasonable to talk to, valuable information on things he had seen at various clinics that were good warnings - result good and postively inclined so used him a 2nd time. At this stage we were in the first 6 months of Covid - then the nightmare, the "I am 100% sure of entry for my staff" etc - which did not work out at all, the failure to call back, the failure to deal with massively stressed out prospective parents; the threats to the bio material if not paid for return trips etc - so I think the lesson here, is that if things go well Kosta is absolutely fine and good value; if anything goes wrong beyond the menial stuff, prepare for a really bad journey - Kosta unfortunately does not manage clients well at all when the going gets tough - poor preparation for problems, providing assurances on things that he is not in control of, and then panic followed by aggression towards the client as the client is frankly losing it - understandable given what he is delivering.”
