“We ordered something on the 28th of November and immediately cancelled it. However we still got charged £15. We never received the item and we never got a refund. We emailed but the email bounced back. I tried to make contact through Twitter but we were redirected to WhatsApp and then there no one helped us. This is a total sham and I want something to be done. Living Social needs to be held responsible. It is not right that you just take people’s money and don’t send items. That is theft and something and someone needs to respond. This is UNACCEPTABLE.”
