However I am shocked by a member of staff's attitude towards me. The member of staff ( incertain if they were a manager ) was extremely rude
towards me and although I do not have direct evidence I am beginning to wonder if the
member of staff is prejudice .
Another member of staff
served me kindly and with respect.
The man who was rude to me
might just be taking out his stress on to me due to the pandemic and whatever other reasons or he could be prejudice. Whatever the reasons they need customers
and the man who was rude ought to go to anger/ stress management and be retrained in customer service skills - customer care. The other man had good customer service skills.
I recommend people visit the store but just write honest reviews if anyone is being extremely rude so that their is feedback.
This is the first time that anyone has been rude to me in the shop and it has good equipment.
I hope that shop does not close due to the pandemic”
“I went to buy some snap toggles for a disabled rail and asked for advice on fittings the man spent ages sorting out my questions and recommended another fitting witch i tried well done as i live in march the shop assistants out here are not friendly or helpfull move out this way and teach them how it's done”
