When I wasn’t happy with the decision I asked for the managers name and he admitted it was him that made the decision! 4 days for a ‘next day delivery’ which is the reason I paid extra through there company.

If I could choose minus 5 on stars then I would!! One of the worst companies i have ever dealt with, the customer service is horrific and there main manager Fleur palms you of every single time and always makes excuses… I bought a £170 Ralph Lauren gilet it got delivered I literally put it on and was too big so I packed it straight up and sent it back the following day. Too my shock a package come back 3 weeks later and low and behold it was the gilet with a hand written letter of (fake management) saying they can’t return it saying it smells of aftershave and was marked. There was no mark at all and smelt brand new, So I rejected it and sent it back, They are still rejecting it and are keeping hold of it until I send them £3.50 for delivery (so they are stealing it technically) but I’m still £170 down… DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS

I have purchased a shirt from Mainline Menswear a few days before Christmas and paid for next day delivery, 6 days later no shirt and was told there's a disclaimer for the delivery charge so were not refunding you ,customers always right not anymore .

FRAUD !!!!!! Do not use this company ever. I paid a lot of money for an order and paid for next day delivery. Order did not arrive and their proof was to say it was signed by the recipient name , impossible as I’m disabled so my wife signs for all delivery. Yet still no. Refund

Also if you use a discount code even if the item says free delivery they will charge you nearly £6 for next day delivery and you WONT receive it the next day.

Placed an order 1 week ago with next day delivery only to be told today that the item is out of stock! 6 whole days later! I’d rate them zero if I could! Awful service

Happy with the items purchased although delivery service was very poor. Just left outside so everyone walking past could easily see, lucky not to be taken.

Hopefully my parcel will arrive tomorrow but have serious concerns with delivery company mainline are using probably be the last time i use Mainline sorry Mainline but allot of people have had serious problems i only shop online with companies who use Royal mail or DPD they give a one hour window for delivery and i now have to look forward to a day sitting in waiting...i should have checked before ordering...

Very badly trained staff, don't deal with the problems they have created, very poor customer services. Unreliable delivery, and do not care or do anything about it. Blames everyone else for there mistakes including the customer, seriously avoid, same products are available elsewhere, from a lot better outlets, how care about there customers
