“I called this company over ten times to cancel my order that was no shipped. YOU WILL NEVER GET A HUMAN. They do this purposefully so you cannot cancel order, as their website states no emails, messages or texts, you must talk to a person. You will be on hold, told you are "next in line" "high call volume" then sent to voice mail, which again, you cannot leave a message to cancel. They also say they have 'live chat' this is A LIE. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you don't believe me, try calling their number on their website, see if you get a human! You won't! Look at BBB website and other complaints. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!”
“I ordered an Eko Duo Stethoscope that was advertised as coming with a free case and pictured on the website with a custom hard case designed for the Eko. My order came reasonably fast, but without the case. When I reached out, the customer service reply was quick and they were helpful, responding that I had simply not put the free case in the shopping cart. So they promptly sent me one at no cost. However, the case that arrived is a universal hard case for the majority of Littmann stethoscopes. The cut out molding for the Eko doesn't fit it and is not what is shown on their website. When I contacted them again, they replied that the Eko case is no longer available.
I requested to return the case and get a partial refund for the $37+ it will cost me to order the correct case from Amazon. Their reply was that they don't "refund free cases" and nothing more. I purchased from Medisave primarily because of the free case, but it's not of use to me. The stethoscope components don't fit the mold and therefore are not secure from falling out or accidentally activating the on-switch to the digital device. I'm very disappointed that they rely on customers to suggest solutions and even though it doesn't seem intentional, the deceptive advertising wasn't rectified with an updated photo and they wouldn't assist with a solution to get me the correct hard case.
Nothing is "free". If it's advertised as coming with the order, it's not a gift, but an expected component of the order that should be as described or it's otherwise it's pointless to purchase it.”
“Why does your company completely clear the full amount $75.14 from my husband’s account for 3 scrubs pants when you know you only have 1 scrub pant available. Terrible business practice and your company charged over $20 for standard shipping for that one available item. You should’ve covered this shipping fee for your screwup! You forever lost our business and we will spread the word!
And you still have the item listed as 10 available during the time we were told there is only one available and even up to now, that product is listed as 10 in stock. Ridiculous!
