"Milanblocks also runs a store on Etsy. On their Etsy shop, they sold Sentro 48 needle knitting machines. They made the claim that everything was shipped out of their Houston, Tx warehouse, and that. They also made the claim that it would take 1-2 weeks to ship, 3-4 working days thereafter to receive your order. I placed an order for one on November 7, 2020 after communicating with the seller before hand regarding the item. I was informed that I would receive my order between November 19-27, 2020. On November 16, the seller changed the status of my order as \"shipped\" and provided a fake tracking number. On November 18, I contacted the seller concerning the tracking number. They refused to provide me with an updated number, and said that they would need to first request my order to be shipped from the warehouse. This was confusing considering they just claimed two days prior to have already shipped my order. On November 19, the seller messaged me on Etsy to inform me that my order had been requested to be shipped from the warehouse. On November 23, I messaged the seller again because I still did not have a real tracking number. Initially, the seller refused to provide me with an updated tracking number, but after threatening to file a claim, I was then provided a real tracking number which showed that a label had been made on the 17th. So now I had three different dates--November 16, then 19, and then 17 for shipping dates. The seller confirmed on November 23, 2020 that I would receive my item on November 27, 2020. On November 25, 2020, I filed a complaint with Etsy because the second tracking number the seller provided showed that my order was first and foremost, never sent from the state of Texas, but also that I was not going to receive my order by November 27. I demanded to have my shipping fees refunded, and the seller agreed, but never followed through. I have gone back and forth with this seller who has done nothing but lie about things that they have said via message and what they have posted on their own site. Etsy refuses to hold this business accountable for false claims and purposely misleading consumers. It is December 7, 2020, one month after my initial purchase, and I do not have my knitting machine, or a full refund.\n\nI am not the only person who has been lied to and stolen from by this seller. Go on their Etsy Page and read their reviews. You will see others like me. Making a purchase for this Sentro 48 needle Knitting Machine, and to this day, having received nothing."
