“Will not be using this pathetic excuse for a shop again ordered 4th January item still not here”

“ordered a pair of Levi sta prest on the 25th Novemeber, due to be delivered within 2/3 working days, received email to say they were busy and it might take an extra day.. Phoned on the Friday, 5 days later, and was told that the order was packed and due to be shipped, popped in on Saturday to see if they had been sent, and if not, then to collect in person, and was told that they were in a pile downstairs but no-one was available to get them for me. Left in until today, Tuesday, 9 days after purchase, spent 15 minutes on the phone to be told that actually they couldn't find them, therefore they had not been packed and were not due to be shipped!! Apparently the girl who spoke to me 'understood exactly how I felt', I don't think she does!!”

“Took weeks to deliver a jacket. Now waiting for a refund a fortnight after they've had it back. No reply to emails. Phone just rings out. Useless. Avoid.”

“Was passing shop, just been in to ask if my online order had been dispatched, it hadn't but they wouldn't let me pick up the trainers I ordered in the shop. I then asked to cancel the order which hadn't been dispatched but they wouldn't do that either, poor attitude to customers. Won't be bothering with that shop again”
