Ordered the item. It never shipped and then a nightmare trying to get any information or a refund.... terrible experience. Still waiting for USD1980 refund more than 1 month.

What we can do is to initiate a return for the item however if the item has no defect or damage, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

I returned the cheaper item and was refunded for the more expensive item, minus $40 return postage! Trying to do what’s right, I called and explained and they took back the entire credit, but they never gave me any refund at all for the item I returned.

We purchased a duplicate gift and returned it using their label. We've been fighting with Overstock's customer service for over a month trying to get our refund. They just keep lying to us saying they're issuing a credit but ever actually do it. So frustrating! Will not buy from them again.

I will not be receiving a remainder of a refund due to them saying colors vary slightly and it is the customer responsibility for color differences!! THANK THE LORD it was a small one and NOT huge in size for a patio accent.

We had issues with delivery and refund. The label was created, but the item was never shipped. It took forever to initiate the refund process, and still waiting for it after 10+ days from the day of purchase. We used Overstock a couple of years ago, and it was completely different experience. It looks the business is in decline now.

Overstock delivered damaged 6 futon mattress for same order. When I filed claim with Overstock for same order that includes 6 futon mattress. They told me they’ll refund and dispose after 03/17/22 if carrier doesn’t contact. Weeks later, I haven’t received refund. I contacted them and they refused to refund. This is bait and switch business practice

Overstock then proceed to tell me that I have to contact the 3rd party vendor who sold the item on their website and of I didn't hear from them within 5 day overstock would refund me.
