Reaching out to Michael and his team was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Their team took my concerns seriously and guided me through everything with kindness and expertise. They communicated clearly, stayed consistent, and always made sure I understood what was happening. No pressure, no unrealistic claims — just genuine help. I’m very thankful for their service and highly recommend them.

Over stock has great deals and inventory especially in rugs BUT spec's and info about rugs are unclear looking for 12' x18' rug which comes up but narative says 10 x 14 and spec's say size 120 in x 120in. Tried to get clarifcation customer service absolutely useless transferred my call to dead number tried twice, then gave up went to rugs.com to find what I wanted

Horrible customer service and horrible manufacturer customer service of product I purchased. I purchased 3 bar stools in late April. My new home was ready in late June. When I opened the boxes, one stool was damaged. Neither overstock nor the manufacturer would do the right thing. To add insult to injury, the 3 chairs were $375 cheaper! I will never shop there again.

They are horrible with customer service. I purchased 3 bar stools. $900+. I was moving into a new house in July. I opened the box and one is damaged. Neither they nor the manufacturer will replace it. To top it off, they are now $375 cheaper than what I paid. They did nothing to help me. They do not care. I just bought a fan from them. I would not have had I known how horrible they are. Never shopping there again.

the pictures will talk and they wont return calls or return BBB and consumer affairs I am dealing with 3 plus months in this process--terrible quality and customer service is horrid says you cant return or too much... does not disclose toxic chemical in right up nor tells you from Vietnam said from China. Deceptive practices Read the multiple reviews so negative.

I did not get what I ordered so I immediately called and sent it back unopened. They charged me over $40 shipping on an item that cost less than $100. Customer service all said different things but told me it was 'Buyer's Remorse '. I will never shop there again Stick with Amazon

I contacted customer service, nearly in tears, and the best option they could provide was for me to pay for their annual membership so that I could return the piece of junk that I paid for.
