“I am receiving no responses to my issues with the product.
When I first fitted it I was very impressed with the operation of the front wheel ebike kit, however the display did not show speed, I emailed and was asked to send videos of what was happening, which I did, but since then I have had no feedback. Now with the kit only 7 months old the kit has failed to work completely and I have sent 3 further emails with no response at all. The kit is now useless - very dissapined - I will update this review if I get any response from Panda EBikes”
“Same complaint as last reviewer, no after sales service at all. All I need is a spare cable and I have tried to get help to make sure I would get the right thing but no response to my emails. I have had to go direct to a business in China to source the cable.”
