“ Paid for express delivery for an 18th birthday. Currently 3 days later than the date promised and it's still not dispatched. Asked for a refund on the express delivery and was told quite rudely that the date is an estimate not a promise. Do not use! ”

This was supposed to be a birthday gift that I was taking to Italy in two days time. After twelve years as a loyal customer I will never use this company again. ”
