If I could give 0 I would. I have never received such terrible service. I ordered a huge picture book, for my best friends 50th birthday on 9th January. Photobix system showed sent via royal mail on 14th, who have never received. Photbox refused to reprint and send until today, now going to entirely miss my best friends birthday date! No help whatsoever, and still no guarantee of a delivery date!!!!! Disgusting.

Honestly one star is too much, you’ve let me down big time.
My order didn’t arrive and I paid extra for delivery, what is the point ?
Just be honest about your service, customers just want to be clear what to expect. If you can’t deliver by a date just say, don’t charge extra for something you have no intention of honouring. Very disappointed and quite honestly the book is no longer needed as it’s too late.

Paid for express delivery for an 18th birthday. Currently 3 days later than the date promised and it's still not dispatched. Asked for a refund on the express delivery and was told quite rudely that the date is an estimate not a promise. Do not use!

Product not arrived as promised. Paid for express delivery. Notified the night before that it wouldn’t arrive on time.
Customer service unable to give any assistance with a new ETA. This was supposed to be a birthday gift that I was taking to Italy in two days time. After twelve years as a loyal customer I will never use this company again.

Terrible, I ordered a photobook and paid for express delivery. It did not anrrive on the date it was due and still hasn’t. I’ve had no explanation from the company. Impossible to get hold of anyone. I spent days putting this together as a special gift for someone, I’ve now missed the event at which I was to present it. I’m gutted. Please do not give this company your business. Would give no stars if that were an option.
