“ They cancelled my order and never let me know and still haven’t received a refund, rang customer service several times but no answer and they still haven’t replied to any of my emails yet still send me them every day with offers!!! Poor customer service ”

“ I spent about 8 hours creating two special photo memory books as Christmas gifts but the books never arrived. It's been over a month now and still not arrived. Apparently they are lost and not trackable. I'm so disappointed. Customer service was good though, very fast and responsive and processed my refund quickly. Will not use again. ”
