I have placed an order on the 4th March but only part of the order arrived. I have contacted Photobox's customer service and have advised me to wait. It is 24th March now and they seem to have marked my query as resolved for some reason. I am still waiting for their reply.

Avoid Like the plaque! You pay for express shipping and be promised a delivery date. only to tell you it can take up to 14days. Then why was i promised to get the item by 2 days?
Their customer service is useless. you wont go anywhere with them. Save yourself the hassle and avoid

Ordered for a birthday over a week ago with wxpress tracked. No photobook and told by customer service just to waiting longer. Feels like a scam rather than a genuine company. Very upset and annoyed. Will never use again!

I spent about 8 hours creating two special photo memory books as Christmas gifts but the books never arrived. It's been over a month now and still not arrived. Apparently they are lost and not trackable. I'm so disappointed. Customer service was good though, very fast and responsive and processed my refund quickly. Will not use again.
