Customer Service out of Orlando was decent. Late for my pick up so missed out on SUV but car was right in garage and easy to access. Car was on E but Tatienne and Lucas helped me with an instant credit to my account when I filled it up. Easy to drop off as well.

We arrive at the airport a lovely car is waiting for us
simple to collect keys car has fuel and just drive away
both times our cars were booked with Hertz also great company
very good value for money no issues
