Will never buy online from this company again,their returns procedure is non existent and communication via customer service in India and South Africa 🤣 They do not give you opportunity to download a returns label,shocking shocking experience.I ended up paying my own returns postage.I await my refund excuse šŸ˜ Good bye and good riddance Robert Dyas

Although a refund was eventually issued (without me requesting one), what I really needed was a replacement dehumidifier urgently, ideally via next-day delivery.

I have requested a refund as a resolution based on the lack of delivery tracking number provision and my next step will be to contact the PayPal resolution team.

No delivery, 5 days to investigate and a further 2 days to start getting a refund, and I only got that as I paid through Paýpal and they escalated it on my behalf.

I reached out to customer service, hoping for a solution, but they only offered me a 10% refund, which is completely unacceptable given the condition of the product and the minimal use this structure was promised to provide us upon purchase.

Instead, I was left waiting for over two weeks without any updates, only to receive an email on 17/02/25 informing me that the wardrobe was actually out of stock and that I would be getting a refund.

Something of a nightmare with Robert Dyas. Purchased two bathroom items and not only did they send the wrong items but then they totally messed up the refund. Further it turns our they never had one of the items in the first place. Never again.

A product I bought has starred to rust after a month and the company is refusing to take any responsibility for compensation or partial refund. Terrible attitude and unacceptable customer service. Don't ever use them, extremely dissatisfied and still haven't resolved the issue despite many messages, disgusting.
