Il mio ordine è fermo alla Dogana per non si sa quale motivo o accertamento dal 30 Giugno 2026. A nulla sono servite le mie mail dove chiedevo di controllare e risolvere la consegna, la risposta è stata che non siete responsabili degli accertamenti delle Dogane e che quindi dovevo risolvere in autonomia il problema. Ho chiesto il rimborso dell'ordine e ovviamente non ho ricevuto nulla. Se avessi potuto effettuare il pagamento con PayPal ora il problema sarebbe già risolto! Siete totalmente inefficienti, cambiate mestiere, non siete in grado di gestire ordini on line e tutelate il Cliente!!!”
