“I am very satisfied with the cooperation so far. The coins I have received are absolutely beautiful - the quality, presentation and overall finish are exactly as expected. The packaging is elegant and secure, which is very important when ordering collectible coins.
Customer service has been polite, responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Communication has been clear and professional.
At the moment I am only waiting for my account verification to be completed. If possible, I would kindly ask the team to take a look at this matter. Apart from this, everything has been running smoothly and I am looking forward to continuing our cooperation.”
“Whilst the products are good, and will be a tresuerded momento for the people I purchased them for, perhaps you should offer free delivery as part of the purchase price.”
“Good morning,
The purchase process was simple, but unfortunately, I still haven't received the item because it's still showing up at Italian customs.
We hope to receive it.
Best regards”
