“Take orders for food when they know they dont have drivers. This is ridiculous and then want to offer credit instead of returning your money. This company needs to be reworked. Make drivers employees and have them on shifts not this freelance bs to under pay them and then force customers to wait 1 to 3 hours for food”

“I always receive 5.00 off for 15 or more after I place an order which pisses me off and seamless will not add the code once the order is confirmed. I am a healthcare worker and the reception is terrible so I can’t be on the phone with them and I’m at work. It’s not fair to me that they do that. It’s for the same day only which is garbage.”
