You cannot cancel the membership from website.. You have to call.. And you cannot resolve a payment/refund issue on the phone, you have to email... But never get a response.
I got python classes. They did not even record one of the classes and one class was only 17 minutes.

So, I subscribed for a course with 50% off. The course is divided into 4 modules. So, I get 2 first courses (4 weeks) for free and, if I am still subscribed and I enjoy the courses, I buy the rest (another 4 weeks) for 49.99.
So, I thought that I might buy the all course, for these 50 euros.
They have charged these 50 euros, and I tried to unsubscribe my membership (since I am not interested in any other courses), which was almost impossible.
They charge me additional 25 euros. (30.10.2020.)
I sent them an email asking why in the world it happened. They reply that I have not unsubscribed in time and they give me a woooonderful gift - access to courses for additional 6 months.
If these guys are so skilled, they would notice I have never even checked anything more than the first module. Alright, thank you for the gift.

Again, I am sending an email full of rage why in the world they charged me.
I received a reply that my subscription was cancelled after the renewal due date and the pending due was never paid (?? what about 25.00 euros I paid in October then?) even after repeated reminders for the failed payments (never received even one).
They have re-activated my membership with a REDUCED MEMBERSHIP COST (?????????????????????? reduced??)
Also they mention that they would not be able to refund as my account was still active - I haven't opened the account since October..
Again, they are ensuring that no further payments will be made (and what about the "reduced cost"?????)
So guess what, I am not getting any refund, they are providing me extended membership access and will probably charge me again!!!!!!! :))) yay!
Going to the bank today and will try to manage any actions against this fraudulent company, since I am not the only person with this problem. Wish me luck!”

“If there was a negative star review I could give, I would give them -100 stars. BIGGEST fraud company ever. I was charged unauthorized from a button a clicked on their Instagram ad from a payment card which they saved without authorization when I created an account.
No password was asked, no OTP was asked. It was a direct debit of a huge amount. CHEATERS, FRAUDS. Now they have plainly refused to refund after multiple complaints done to their customer care.

“You have to call a phone number to cancel free trial. On their website you have to press cancel on 4 screens, just to be told to call a random number to cancel.
This is what their website says, "To confirm your cancellation we kindly ask you to call the number below.
We ask our students to call our dedicated Student Guidance Managers for us to understand why you wish to leave your program, to solve any issues which you may have and to promote some alternative options to help you to achieve your goal".
You have to call "+1 844 981 4345" with a student number. This seems super scammy.”
“This company is a straight-up scam. I cancelled the same day I signed on for the trial. Before I did, I clicked the course materials link to see what was offered. I was immediately charged $45 and they refuse to refund me. It was definitely a one-click buy and "BORIS" keeps calling me a liar and saying that it is a two-step verification. I'm pretty sure all thousands of us are not lying about the same thing "BORIS." Then I sent a screenshot because they have a pending charge on me for $69.99 that says "PAID" even though I have cancelled. As soon as I sent that, I have not heard a single thing back.
AVOID this company at ALL COSTS. They are nothing but scammers.”

I thought I was going to do a trial- nope, saw a charge go through right away. Then there was a “get your course materials here” pop up that came on my phone - sure enough, there’s another charge that auto-charges you when you click that link (again, you don’t see that you’ll get charged).
User error? Okay, perhaps. I’ll email and let them know. Well... that’s when you find out it’s really a fraud. There’s a number you have to call and someone tries to upsell you. If you still want to try to get that refund , you email someone. They don’t get back. Of you call again, you get a new number to call, and another email address. Chasing your trail. No response.

They make it SO DIFFICULT to cancel and when I thought my cancelation went through, only a few months later when going over bank statements did I notice they were billing me every month $70....Tried to cancel again...they make it difficult and inconvenient to do so. Eventually, I was able to cancel (hopefully, we'll find out if they bill me again next statement) but really their sales model is horrible. They need some restructuring on how they entice, offer, and retain their customers. Because frankly, their current model and practices SUCK.

I joined for 4 week trial course, a week later an agent called and told me about a promotion, and agreed to send email about the details. Well next email i got is from my bank that i was charged 279.95cad. Tried to contact them multiple times via emails, all i was getting was -"We will get back to you in 48hrs".
