Shocking return policy I bought a £130 dress sent it back with the merchandise label still attached to the dress & because the ribbon was cut off between the arms & shoulder they wouldn’t refund me & said they were sending it back even though they knew I hadn’t worn it.

Very disappointed the Dress was very poor quality and thin it was not cheap. So I sent it back and 2months later still no refund despite emailing them 3 time, to get the same response every-time (takes up to 10 days to get my refund) which I am way past

sent coat back on 10th Jan, they sent an email to me confirming that the item was received on 20th Dec,said my £65 refund would be with me by the 3rd Jan, after numerous emails back and forth and promises from the so call team, it is the 7th Jan now and still no refund and just generic replies.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Poor quality fabric which has rubbed after only wearing the dress for one day. Contacted customer services who refused to allow me to return for a refund. Beth disappointing service. I would not recommend and will not buy from Silk Fred again
