            Another customer who missed the 14 day return notification period by a few days. Same response from customer services as everyone else seems to have received even though they would get items back within a 28 day window. Terrible and unhelpful customer service. I will not be ordering from them again and recommend nobody else does either.

            I would give 0 stars if I could. Poor quality fabric which has rubbed after only wearing the dress for one day. Contacted customer services who refused to allow me to return for a refund. Beth disappointing service. I would not recommend and will not buy from Silk Fred again
