“Worst people ever to deal with NO CUSTOMER CARE , Just take young kids savings and dont give a cow poo afterwards. My son spent £380 with them and scooter was put together badly causing damage in first two weeks! spent first 3 months in pieces while we treid and talk to SkateHut. But with all the excuses or just plain ignoring you ! They didnt care, got my sons money and that was that !
AVOID AT ALL COSTS plenty of better shops out there as ive now learnt .

“We bought a scooter from Skatehut for my son's birthday. He was scooting home from school recently and the bars suddenly snapped, throwing him into the road and causing cuts and bruising, as well as obvious emotional trauma. I called SkateHut immediately and was told to fill out a warranty form, which I did on Friday.
I spent the whole weekend thinking about how much worse this could have been if he had been near traffic or going faster.
Today, Skatehut got back to me and said there was nothing they could do as the scooter is more than six months old. Essentially, if you buy a product from them, it's only guaranteed to last six months. If your child is injured (or worse) by something you've bought from them, they don't care. They also don't care that they're selling goods that are absolutely not fit for purpose - I regularly checked the scooter and made sure that it was in good working order, and the bars shouldn't suddenly snap like that. They have made absolutely no effort to establish what happened.
We learned the hard way not to shop here. Don't make the same mistake we did.”
