“I purchased software from them and the key didnt work. They told me to contact the software company (Nuance) who promptly told me that the version of software CW sold me was OLD, unsupported software and would not be able to be installed!!!!!! CW responded "Your account shows that you purchased Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking Premium 13 - Instant Download for Windows and accessed its license key on September 17, 2025. Our Refund Policy applies solely when the Software License Key(s) have not been disclosed. Once the license key is revealed, the software can't be refunded because it can't be reused, resold, or revoked anymore. This is a standard procedure across all software purchases". So let me get this straight... If you purchase software that is outdated and cant be installed, its on the CUSTOMER?? I loose?? My bad??”

“Bought version of Adobe. It did not work with my operating system. Software CW refused a refund or replacement. I would not do business with them again.”

“I used Printmaster in the past and loved it. I was happy to find it again although this version is a bit harder to negotiate than what I had before and I can't seem to find all of the effects I used to use. However, I am happy with what I have been able to figure out so far and will keep learning.”

“Deceptive. Did a search for Adobe PDF. Google selected your product, not Adobe. Does what I needed it to do. Question: when I do a Windows search, and double click on a PDF file, it takes too long to open your product, then my file . Seems to take 20 seconds to be able to read it. My opinion: should take between 5 and 10 seconds. Are there setting that need to be changed?”
