Wrong item delivered. Shop can’t help, told to get in touch with head office. You can’t contact by telephone anymore. Email or messenger. Email can take up to 5 days!
Wasted a bus fair to go collect. Never again poor customer service

I don't understand why Superdrug are allowing their image to be ruined by using such a pitiful delivery company as Evri.
On day 6 waiting for half my delivery after paying £4.95 for next day delivery. The first half turned up after 4 days.
Just terrible service. Will never use again.

Do not use this company online. Customer services are practically non existence.
They just keep sending the same automated reply. Send you the wrong goods. They tell you to send a photo of your returns receipt to give you a quick refund but then ignore your e-mail. Shocking customer service. If you like talking to a robot go ahead and use them. I am am taking this matter further. Will not use Superdrug again. Be warned.

I've used Superdrug for years without any issue. But my online order went missing (between Superdrug handing to Evri) the lack of response on whatsapp is a joke (as you cant call anymore) Over 6hrs and didn't receive a reply, when they finally replied, they just advised me to wait another 48hrs, no attempt to find out why Evri was still showing as not receiving the item.
The next day 1 day after delivery should have happened and 4 messages from me later, 2 asking to complain, i get a response advising the item was lost in transit and would i like a refund or it to be resent. I asked for it to be resent, that was 12pm yesterday and still no response 21hrs later, the items have not been resent. Customer service is apauling and their customer promise is BS
